Michael A. Rees, MAI
Mike Rees has been immersed in the real estate appraisal business since graduating from the Indiana University School of Business in 1986. From 1986 to 1990 Mike worked in various segments of the Indianapolis appraisal market, including the City of Indianapolis and within the banking industry. In 1990, Mike entered the Chicago area appraisal market when he joined Real Property Advisors and he earned his MAI designation in November of the same year. Mike was made managing partner in 1993 and is currently involved in all segments of RPA's business including production, management, finance, and client relations.

Mark S. Grimes, MAI
Mark Grimes graduated from The University of Dayton in 1984 and began his career trading municipal bonds and underwriting municipal bond issues at LaSalle National Bank. In 1990, Mark made a career change to the real estate industry when he joined RPA as a staff appraiser. He received his MAI designation in November of 1995 and was made a partner of RPA in 1996. Currently, Mark handles customer fulfillment and business development on residential and commercial properties for RPA, as well as assisting in commercial production.

Matthew A. Rees, MAI
Matt Rees has been with RPA appraising commercial real estate in the Chicagoland area and throughout Indiana since gradating from the Indiana University School of Business in 1993. Matt's expertise ranges from commercial appraisal production to the training of our commercial staff appraisers. He also holds a residential real estate brokerage license and obtained his MAI designation in 2005, at which time he joined his brother Mike as a partner in RPA.

Chuck Stella
Chuck started as a staff appraiser at RPA in 1991 and has been managing the Single-Family Residential Division of RPA since 1997. His extensive knowledge of the residential appraisal industry will prove to be an invaluable resource for RPA for years to come. Currently, Chuck oversees in excess of 35 residential appraisers and is responsible for quality control and review of all single-family appraisals and reporting for RPA.
