RPA has a full-service residential department that is staffed Monday through Friday and offers 48 to 72 hour turn around times on most assignments. Professional and accurate appraisal reports are completed by a staff of over 35 appraisers that are neighborhood-based specialists.

In addition to appraisal assignments, RPA consults on a variety of situations relating to acquisition and disposition decisions, the establishment of rental rates, real estate tax appeals, and more. The principals of the company are routinely utilized as expert witnesses in court cases regarding real property.
